11 - kaf sofīt
ך is how the letter כ is shaped when it is the last letter of a word. In Modern Hebrew it is always pronounced /ch/, and not /k/ (and therefore it is commonly referred to as /chaf sofit/ (instead of /kaf/)):
שמךָ (your name)
שלומֵך (your well-being)
סופית /sofit/ means "final". The letters מ/ם (No. 13), נ/ן (No. 14), פ/ף (No. 17), and צ/ץ (No. 18) also have final forms.
